Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy - Participants must make reservations for pilgrimages, workshops, and training sessions in advance through our online booking system or contact our service team - Full or partial payment is required when booking to secure your spot - Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance for most events - A non-refundable deposit may be required for specific events, such as pilgrimages Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits - Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund - For workshops and training sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time to be eligible for a transfer to a future event - Online cancellations are required; phone or email cancellations are not accepted - Late cancellations (within 3 hours of the event start time) may incur a fee - No-shows will be charged the full event fee Waitlist Policy - If an event is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist - You will be automatically enrolled and notified via email or text if a spot becomes available - If you are added to an event from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking according to the cancellation policy to avoid fees - If you do not get into the event from the waitlist, any holds on your account will be released Additional Information - Travel insurance is strongly recommended for pilgrimages and longer events to cover potential losses from personal emergencies or cancellations - The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided. - Special circumstances for refunds may be considered at the discretion of the organizer, but are not guaranteed - Certain events may have specific policies, so please review the details for your particular event at the time of booking.
